Day 9 – Loosing 50 lbs, sorting more debts out, a pleasant evening and plans for the weekend

Hi All, Its been a long day day today so this will be a shorter post tonight ( its 1am here in the UK ) , although I haven’t done a great deal towards building the online empire I have got many things done today. I’m someone who hates to not be organised, hates to have things ‘pending’ and having outstanding issues. Well many of these things got sorted out today to be able to give me a clearer week next week.

My goals for next week is to try and firm up a deal Im trying to do which will hopefully sort out my monthly bills and interest charges by the end of the year. I’m working with my friend Jon to try and get this done and hope we can get it sorted out next week.

All being well Millionairechallenge.tv will officially launch on Monday. Im hoping to get a Skye call with Brad over the weekend ( Brad if you read this buzz me if and when you have time mate )

Something I have got to do tomorrow is get new jeans !. At the moment the ones I came of prison with are about 4 size too big… this is the down side of loosing weight !

During the first year of incarceration I was lucky enough to be able to use a gym regularly and be able to run around the grounds of Her Majesties Hotel .. as a result I went from 266 lbs to 215 lbs ! I went from NEVER jogging to jogging 3 miles a day Monday to Friday , having Saturday off and then running 10 miles on a Sunday …. I never thought I would see the day when I was running 25 miles a week !.. That and working out at the gym on cross trainer machines, watching what I eat ( not difficult in those places ) and a lot of determination made me loosethe 50… I have not been able to maintin the level of workouts I was doing since the end of 2008 but I have maintained the wieght I got to . although I have lost a lot of the toning I had … Anyway Im back at the gym from Monday and will get that back.. I also want to loose another stone ( 14 lbs ) then I will be completely happy with my wieght, and Im never getting back to being over weight ever again. I feel and look alot better for it !

Thinking about it I may release a product called the Prison Weight Loss Program !

Anyway as a result of all this, alot of my clothes that were way too small now fit me, but all of my jeans are way to big so Ive got to go and get a few pair tomorrow…

Ive had a day of being just about up to day with everything. I have sorted plans for my debts out even more today, I have it down to needed $1400 per month to service them. which is still a great deal but alot better than it has been over the last two years )

With a few more hours over teh weekend all my outstanding things can be done, leaving me to get on with next weeks ‘real’ work and goals !

I had a few hours at my best friends tonight. Ive mentioned john and Dawn in previous posts… these guys have stuck with me through out all my problems and are the best.. We had a very entertaining evneing ending up in John and his son Jack ( age 10 ) picking potential women for me from match.com ! A great fun evening , something which I have missed over the last two years… and something I have a lot of catching up to do !

Well that’s about it… I have a ‘secret’ getting out of Jail dinner planned for me, which John and Dawn have told me nothing about.. just that I ahve to be at theirs for 7.30 tomorrow evening… Who knows where they are taking me.. But what ever it is im really looking forward to the night…

Sunday is going to be easier ( maybe slightly hungover ) and Im going to get the rest of this website finished ready for the official luanch on Monday.

I may not write tomorrow, if i do it will be a short post…
